The short version

Every calculation on this site runs in your browser. The numbers you type into a calculator are never sent to our servers, never stored in a database, and never associated with you. The only thing we keep on your device is your country preference (US or Canada), saved in local storage so the site stays set the way you left it.

Information we collect

• Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security purposes.
• Aggregate analytics about which calculators are used, with no personally identifying information.
• Your country preference, stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to us.
• Anything you voluntarily include in an email you send us through the contact page.

Cookies and advertising

This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and other third-party vendors. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and other sites on the internet.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR applies and you may request access, correction or erasure. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Children

This site is intended for business and personal financial planning by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes or as advertising partners change their requirements. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
